All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed or delivered, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the product listing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 3dptacsol@gmail.com.
Your email must include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging it arrived in
After review, if the issue is verified, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.
Approved Returns If a return is approved (for example, in the case of a verified defective item or when we make a rare exception), the item must be returned in the exact same condition as when it was received. This includes:
- Original, unopened packaging
- No signs of use, installation, or modification
- All parts, accessories, and documentation included
We do not accept returns on items that have been altered, modified, partially assembled, mounted, or show any signs of use. Any attempt to return such items will be denied, and the package may be returned to the customer at their expense.
