Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at 3dptacsol@gmail.com.
Your email must include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging it arrived in
After review, if the issue is verified, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in the request being denied.
