4. Restricted Locations (No Sales / No Shipping)
We do not sell or ship forced reset devices or fire-rate modifying devices to the following locations:
CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, WA
If an order is placed from a restricted location, the order may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with these Terms.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Restocking Fees
Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
Any order that is cancelled, refunded, or reversed due to customer request, payment dispute, chargeback, or non-payment may be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any handling/processing fees, where permitted.
6. Safety Warning
Installation of certain products may affect firearm function.
INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT MAY DISABLE OR REMOVE ANY OR ALL SAFETY MECHANISMS FROM A GIVEN FIREARM. ALWAYS FOLLOW ALL FIREARM SAFETY RULES. IMPROPER USE, INSTALLATION, OR MODIFICATION OF A FIREARM MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH TO YOU OR OTHERS. AFTERMARKET PARTS, INCLUDING THOSE SOLD BY 3DP TACTICAL SOLUTIONS, ARE INSTALLED AND USED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DP Tactical Solutions is not responsible for misuse, illegal activity, or violations of law by customers.
By completing your purchase, you agree that you are complying with all applicable regulations and accept all risks associated with installation and use.
